Where orders show up
- Customer Orders lists open orders with their status — awaiting stock, ready, out for delivery, pay first — and the outstanding balance on each.
- Diary shows each order on the day the customer asked for it, colour-coded, alongside follow-ups and stock takes.
- Home / Dashboard counts open orders, those awaiting stock, ready, out for delivery and due in the next 48 hours.
- The order card lets you add or remove lines, change quantities and edit the details until it is complete.
Questions merchants ask
Can I take an order for something I do not stock yet?
Yes. Add it as a manual line, or add the product to the catalogue first if you will sell it again. The line shows as short until stock is booked in, and it is allocated to the order as soon as it lands.
What if the customer changes their mind about part of it?
Open the order and remove or change the line. The reservation is released and the deposit and balance are recalculated.
