You may use this site for legitimate purposes connected with evaluating or using our software. You must not:
- Use it in any way that breaks the law or could damage or impair the site
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to any connected system
- Introduce malicious code, or attempt to interfere with its operation
- Scrape or systematically extract content to reproduce it elsewhere
Accuracy of the content
We take care to describe the software accurately and to say plainly when something is not built yet. Even so, the content on this site is provided for information and does not form part of any contract. Features change as the product develops; the position that binds us is the one recorded in your customer agreement.
Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. If you need advice on VAT treatment, credit control or data protection obligations, take it from a qualified adviser.
Intellectual property
The content, design, code and branding of this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use in evaluating our software. Reproducing, republishing or distributing it for other purposes requires our written permission.

Where we link elsewhere, we do so for information and take no responsibility for the content of sites we do not control.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of anticipated savings arising from use of this website. Use of the software itself is governed by the customer agreement, which sets out its own liability provisions and service commitments.
How the software is supplied
Full terms are provided before you commit to anything. In summary:
- Rolling monthly subscription. No minimum term and no multi-year contract. Priced on tills, branches and users — not as a percentage of your turnover.
- Onboarding is included. Configuration, data import and staff training form part of the subscription rather than a separate invoice.
- Your data stays yours. You can export products, customers and transactions in a standard format at any time, including on termination.
- We process, you control. For the personal data inside your account you are the data controller and we act on your instructions. See the privacy policy.
- Updates are included. Improvements ship continuously at no additional cost.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date above shows when it last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
