These connect to accounts you already hold. In the app, open Menu → Integrations, paste in your key, press Test, and it is on. Nothing routes through us: the texts go from your FireText, the money lands in your Dojo, the books are your Xero or QuickBooks.

Integration questions
Do we have to buy your hardware?
No. PlanIt EPOS works with standard keyboard-wedge barcode scanners, thermal receipt printers and label printers, on Windows, macOS, iPadOS or Android. There is no proprietary till you are obliged to buy.
Can we keep our current card machine and acquirer?
Yes. Card payments are recorded as a tender against the sale, so you can carry on with your existing terminal and rates. Stripe is available if you also want customers to pay invoices online.
Can you add an integration we use?
Usually, yes, and quickly. The Integration Store is built so that a new app is a tile: FireText, Fleetsmart and Dojo were each asked for by a merchant one morning and were live the same day. If the system you use has an API and you hold the account, tell us what it is.
Does it integrate with our accounts package?
Xero and QuickBooks Online, yes — Accounting Connect posts invoices, credit notes, payments, refunds, voids, supplier bills and a daily stock journal to your own Xero or QuickBooks automatically (£15 a month add-on, one system at a time). Sage is not linked yet; for Sage, sales, VAT summaries and customer balances export in standard formats your bookkeeper can import.
Can it import from our current system?
In most cases, yes. Coming from Unleashed, the import is built in: export Products, Customers, Suppliers and Stock On Hand and drop the four CSVs into PlanIt EPOS. From anything else, products, customers, opening balances and supplier price files import from CSV or Excel, and supplier price lists can be imported from PDF. We do the first import with you during onboarding.
